Roasted Green Tea
Indonesian roasted green tea, refined for the world's leading RTD, bubble tea, tea bag and food-ingredient brands.
What is roasted green tea?
Roasted green tea is green tea that has been fired at a controlled temperature after the initial fixing step. The result: a toasty, nutty, mellow cup with reduced astringency, lower perceived caffeine, and a food-friendly aroma that pairs beautifully with milk, sugar and cold-brew formats.
How is it different from green tea?
Standard green tea leads with grassy, vegetal notes and higher astringency. Roasted green tea builds on the same base leaf but adds warmth, sweetness and body through a precise roasting curve. It brews faster, holds flavour in cold applications and reads as premium in every format.
A six-step curve, refined over a decade.
We apply a two-stage roast: a low-temperature dehumidification pass followed by a controlled aromatic finish. Every batch is sensory-verified before release.
